THE PROJECT: After doing a deep-dive of both the T-fal & All-Clad Canada Instagram accounts, my team decided to propose a rebranding of their current posting cadence, graphic design, and overall copy. 

THE RECOMMENDATIONS included the following:

  • Increase influencer posts

  • Minimal to no text on all posts

  • Upload custom Instagram Highlights

  • Create and update main Instagram Stories (Meals, Recipes, Events, and Products)

  • Encode all products onto Facebook Shop and link them to the Instagram account to enable and maximize the use of Product Shopping and Product Tags on every Instagram post where applicable

THE RESULTS: Both brands saw positive increases in reach, engagement, and page conversions (taps, clicks, redirects to product pages). The Instagram Product Tags helped aspiring home cooks and cooking enthusiasts:

  • Navigate the page better

  • Find the products they’re looking for

  • Give them ideas on how to use the product via branded and influencer posts

MY ROLE: I spearheaded this project as both the Account Manager and Creative Lead. I worked with our Graphic Design team to create an Instagram Strategy Proposal tailored for each brand and closely collaborated with Groupe Seb’s Digital Marketing Team on final approvals before executing both strategies for monthly and seasonal content calendars.
