THE BRIEF: Create an email campaign to ensure existing players stay on and keep playing after the launch of the new site
THE EXECUTION: A series of emails that focus on (1) Welcoming the player to the new site, (2) Offering Casino and Lottery promotions, (3) Introducing PlaySmart
MY ROLE: I was the Senior Copywriter for this project, directly collaborating with our Design, Development, and Product Management teams.
THE RESULTS:
Over 1,000 daily clicks from player emails to the OLG.ca homepage
Less than 15% churn rate upon launch of email campaign
